Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Starlink Promotions ("we," "us"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

• TextBack — a missed-call text-back service: when you miss a call, the caller automatically receives a reply text within about a minute, and you receive a missed-call alert.
• Ad Management — management of your Google and Meta advertising for a flat monthly fee, quoted per client.
• Custom Funnels — design and build of landing pages and booking funnels for a fixed project quote.

TextBack terms

• Pilot and pricing: TextBack starts with a free 7-day pilot, then $49 per month, billed monthly. There is no contract — cancel anytime. If TextBack doesn't catch a single lead during your pilot, you don't pay.
• Setup: we configure conditional call forwarding on your phone line so missed calls route to your TextBack number. Your phone number does not change, and your phone still rings first.
• Your responsibility: you represent that you have the right to have reply text messages sent to callers of your business number and that doing so complies with applicable law.
• Messaging disclosures: message frequency varies based on your missed-call volume. Message and data rates may apply. Callers may reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help at any time.

Ad Management and Custom Funnels

These services are provided under individual written quotes. The scope, timeline, and payment terms stated in your quote apply in addition to these Terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services for unlawful messaging, spam, or any activity that violates carrier, regulatory, or messaging-provider policies. We may suspend or terminate services for violations.

Service availability

We work to keep services running reliably, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted operation. Missed-call detection depends on your carrier's call forwarding, which can be affected by carrier changes, device settings (such as iPhone Live Voicemail), or network issues outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Starlink Promotions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
